Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you engage RM Enterprises for real estate brokerage services. Please read them before you sign a brokerage agreement or make a payment.

1. About these terms
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean RM Enterprises, and “you” means the person or business engaging our services. By engaging us you accept these terms. A written brokerage agreement for a particular engagement applies alongside them and takes precedence where the two differ.
2. Our role
- We act as a broker: we introduce buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, arrange site visits, help negotiate terms and coordinate documentation.
- We are not the owner or developer of the properties we introduce, and we are not a party to the sale, purchase or lease agreement between you and the other party.
- We do not provide legal, tax or financial advice. We recommend that you take independent advice from an advocate and, where relevant, a chartered accountant before committing to any transaction.
3. Property information
Details of a property — price, area, specifications, amenities, approvals and availability — are provided by its owner or developer. We take reasonable care to pass them on accurately, but we cannot guarantee them, and they may change without notice. Photographs and plans are for illustration. Please verify every material detail, including the title, approvals and encumbrances, before you pay any amount.
4. Brokerage and fees
- Our brokerage, the services it covers and the stage at which it becomes payable are set out in a written agreement before we begin work.
- Fees are in Indian rupees. GST is charged as applicable and shown on the invoice.
- Brokerage is separate from any booking amount, advance, deposit or sale price, which is paid directly between the parties or to the developer. We do not collect those amounts on anyone's behalf unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.
5. Introductions
If you complete a transaction for a property, buyer or tenant that we introduced to you, the brokerage set out in your agreement remains payable even if the transaction is completed directly with the other party, within the period stated in that agreement.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your requirements, or about the property you are selling or letting, including its ownership and any loans or disputes affecting it.
- If you are selling or letting, confirm that you are the owner or are authorised to deal with the property, and provide the documents needed to establish this.
- Carry out your own checks, and take independent legal advice, before paying any advance or signing any agreement.
- Attend site visits at the agreed times, and take reasonable care for your own safety at sites, particularly properties under construction.
7. Payments
- You can pay our brokerage by bank transfer, or online through our payment partner using UPI, cards or net banking. Online payments are processed by the payment partner on its own secure page; we do not see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
- We will never ask for your OTP, PIN or card CVV by phone, email or message.
- Any charge beyond the agreed brokerage — such as a payment convenience fee — is shown to you before you pay.
- If anyone claiming to represent us asks you to pay a booking amount or advance into an account other than the seller's, landlord's or developer's own, do not pay it, and contact us on the number on this website.
8. Regulatory compliance
Where the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 applies to a project or transaction, we act in accordance with it and the rules made under it, and our agent registration number is shown on this website.
9. Limitation of liability
- We are not responsible for the title, condition, construction quality, approvals or legal status of any property, or for any party's failure to perform its obligations under a sale, purchase or lease.
- Property transactions carry financial and legal risk. Prices and rents can change, and a transaction can be delayed or fail for reasons outside anyone's control; any decision to buy, sell or lease is yours.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the brokerage you have paid us for it.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Use of this website
- The information on this website is provided in good faith for general information. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but it does not form part of any contract unless confirmed in your quotation or written agreement.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its content.
- You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you engage us applies to that engagement.
17. Contact and grievances
