Who we are
RM Enterprises (“we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at erm265531@gmail.com or on +91 62914 53763.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, phone number and email address.
- Your property requirements: whether you want to buy, sell, rent or lease, preferred locations, budget and timeline.
- Details of a property you are selling or letting, and the documents you share to establish ownership.
- Identity documents, where they are needed for an agreement, registration or tenant verification.
- Payment records: the amount, date and reference of each payment. Card, UPI and bank credentials are entered on our payment partner's secure page and are never seen or stored by us.
- Messages and call records relating to your enquiry.
How we collect it
- Directly from you — through the forms on this website, and by phone, email or message.
- From the other people involved in a transaction — such as a property owner, buyer, tenant or developer, where you have asked us to deal with them.
- From our payment partner, which tells us whether a payment succeeded and its transaction reference.
- Automatically, through the standard server logs our hosting provider keeps when you visit this website.
How we use it
- To understand your requirement and find suitable properties, buyers or tenants.
- To arrange site visits, negotiate terms and coordinate documentation and registration.
- To issue invoices, receive payments and process refunds.
- To handle complaints and enquiries.
- To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- The other party to a transaction — buyer, seller, landlord, tenant or developer — to the extent needed to arrange visits and agree terms.
- Advocates, document writers and registration authorities involved in completing the transaction.
- Our payment partner, to process payments and refunds.
- Professional advisers and service providers who help us run the business, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Government authorities where the law requires it, for example for tax, tenant verification or law-enforcement purposes.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
How long we keep it
We keep agreements, invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Copies of identity and property documents are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent you have given, subject to our legal obligation to keep certain records. Write to erm265531@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Applicable law
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 to the extent it is in force.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
Grievances
Concerns about how we handle personal information can be raised with our grievance officer at erm265531@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
