We do not sell or ship physical goods. Our services are delivered in person, by phone, by email and through site visits, as described below.

How our services are delivered

• Consultations about your requirement take place by phone, by email or in person.
• Property options, buyer or tenant details and documents are shared by email or message.
• Site visits are arranged by appointment at the property, at a time agreed with you and the owner.
• Negotiations, agreements and registration are coordinated with you, the other party and the advocates involved.

Where we operate

Our services relate to property in India. We do not offer services outside India, and we do not ship anything internationally.

Timelines

We aim to respond to every enquiry within one working day. How long it takes to find a suitable property, buyer or tenant depends on your requirements and the market, so we do not promise a completion date; we keep you updated as the search progresses.

Documents

Copies of documents are shared electronically. Original documents are handed over in person, against acknowledgement, at registration or handover, and are never sent by courier without your written agreement.
